I had a great discussion with a good friend and mentor about why people flat out SUCK at getting and obtaining that which they truly truly truly truly truly want……
I am not excluded from this group…I’m not always exact…BUT, I consider myself BETTER in this arena than the mass majority because I have figured out WHY, HOW and WHAT it takes to hit Peak Performance in everything you do.
I call it MAXIMIZATION.
It is interesting that out of 100 people who start a business, or go after a goal…(this is according to the statistics) only 3-5 of the people will actually get there.
THAT’S IT!!!! 3-5% go after it and of the 3-5 people who do, usually 1-2 experience BREAKTHROUGH….
WHY such a small number?
Because people are very lazy. We are a lazy people by nature. I know some would disagree but everything we have today is to make life easier…
for example:
why roll up the window in the car with your hand when you can just press a button
why build a fire to cook when you use the stove, oven…wait…the microwave…
why is the health industry a multi-billion dollar industry..pills, lipo-get skinny quick schemes…
why is there a remote control that can do everything in homes…
why fast food windows…
why bill pay online….
Everything we have today is meant to make life easier…in other words…we are a lazy people looking for the most efficient and effective way to get things done.
Well, in going after what you believe is yours…it’s a battle, a war and also an adventure.
Ironically, becoming the BEST you and fulfilling the full measure of YOUR creation ONLY and I mean ONLY happens ONLY…When You are Ready.
WHEN YOU ARE READY…it becomes a quest rather than a burden…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll do all the things most won’t do…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you get up early to do your top of the mountain experience…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…reading and studying and figuring things out is fun…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll give up the B.S. crap and excuses that you held tight to…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll stop complaining and just start doing and being productive…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll change no matter how scary it once seemed…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll discover the answers were always right in front of you…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll find what it is that you want and see that it is attainable…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you’ll write, do, write, do and keep a list of things that MUST be done…and do it…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…life becomes so friggin sweet…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…obstacles turn into obstacles…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you go after things you used to avoid…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…”it” happens…
WHEN YOU ARE READY…you walk by faith trusting in things that can happen even when you cannot physically see it…
How do you know when you are ready?
When you finally decide to get brutally honest with yourself…
When you finally decide that enough is enough…
When you finally decide that you want MORE of what’s on the other side than what you have now…
When you are willing to face and be honest with what you are TRULY, REALLY scared of…
When you actually DO what is required…
When you take action regardless of circumstances…
When you do what you say you would do no matter what…
When you take 100% responsibility for your life….
When you stop blaming other people…
When you finally make a plan instead of wishy-washy wishing….
When you stop caring about what other people think and let go…
When you seek after truth…positivity…light…and love…
When you are willing to BREAK the chains of bad habits and become a serious DOER…
When you walk by faith and trust in a higher power than yourself knowing you can’t do it alone…
When you decide to be vulnerable and admit to your weaknesses…
When you discard all of the CRAP you’ve been holding on to for so long…
Yep, when YOU are ready…the fruit you REALLY desire will come…only when YOU are ready.
So what will you DO today? You and only You decide when you are ready and it’s as simple as making that choice!
